HELICAL TANGO    2012
Biochemistry Building, University of Wisconsin/Madison,   Madison, WI
The ribbon-like, light and delicate helical sculpture in tandem with the stairway alludes to the double helix of DNA. Molecular biochemical structures of reflective balls cascade through the center of the helix. Glass etched with biochemical code patterns completes the space.
Aluminum coil mesh, stainless steel, sandblasted “eco-etched” glass
Sculpture:  75’ x 5’ 6” x 5’6”
