Tempe Line Section 5
In collaboration with artist Bill Will, the architects and engineers, I developed a master plan for the incorporation of art in the line section and opportunities for other artists to participate. This sheet shows the artwork plan for the Third and Mill Station, the station closest to the central commercial and nightlife street in Tempe. The plan takes into account artwork locations, themes and elements to consider such as potentially large crowds, nighttime and daytime use, retail and ideas about “going out”.
